As a Product Designer, I worked on various retail and internal (staff) projects with Emirates NBD and with Nymcard—a SaaS FinTech solution. Earlier, I worked as a front-end developer with Nymgo (2016) and Born Interactive (2011) building web-application, admin dashboard and e-commerce website

An online portal built with only 5 web templates achieved response rates 3.75 times faster and reduced human errors by 50%.

With a success rate of 60%, the solution we developed can potentially issue 2,200 cards per month in less than 3 minutes once rolled out for all customers.
