I led and mentored the design team within the Business Banking tribe at Emirates NBD for three years.
We helped the Business Banking tribe build and launch 11 web-based prodaucts for customers and staff, simplifying legacy systems and boosting productivity.
As a result, the business met and exceeded all defined targets and KPIs across front-line, middle, and back-office operations in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
We helped the tribe harness the AI wave by enhancing experiences with Microsoft and Meta AI services, enabling us to achieve our business OKRs and KPIs.
We made digital hygiene a priority and created an efficient digital workspace to stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.
We collaborated with various design disciplines and seamlessly integrated with the squads to keep the agile process running smoothly.
Previously, I worked on various projects as a product designer with Emirates NBD and with NymCard—a SaaS FinTech solution—and also as a front-end developer with agencies.
